We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. you will need to pay for your return, you can find out the postage price in the portal or you will be asked to download a returns label and pay for postage at your local post office. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.
You've got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.
Follow the steps below:
1. Repack your items.(These need to be unworn/unwashed/unused and with original tags)
2. You will need your order number and email/last 4 digits of your phone number.
3. Select your preferred return option (Print returns label at home or in store options).
4. Make sure you keep proof of postage and share with us your tracking.
5. Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.
Personalized or customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
All ordered and complimentary items must be returned in unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and resellable condition along with the packing slip.
For shoe returns, there should be no scratches on the sole and upper.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.
In case of receiving a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 2 working days.
